Yoga Alliance Accredited
Yoga Kai is a proud Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, meaning our 25 hour SUP Yoga Teacher Training program is recognized by the largest worldwide association of yoga institutions, the Yoga Alliance. As a YACEP, we root the foundation of our SUP Yoga TT in the practice and art of teaching yoga first and foremost, with a special emphasis on paddle board anatomy, water safety and paddling techniques, just to name a few.

Friday 9am-5pm: Intro to SUP Yoga, the Yoga Kai difference, Safety Tips, Setting Up For Success. Lunch. SUP Yoga Class Breakdown, Equipment Best Practices.
Saturday 7:30am-9am: Open ocean SUP Yoga class. Break. Class Sequencing, Practice Teach, Goals, Lunch, Posture Breakdown, Partner Teach, Feedback, SUP Glowga class
