Talaya is a light hearted yogini always asking students to relax their jaw!  

Yoga is meant to be a relaxing, uplifting, and powerful experience - it comes from within through your physical body.  Use the time on your SUP board to let go of stress, to-do's and shoulds and allow yourself to be fully present.

If you can't relax on the water where can you let it all go!?  

Talaya is inspired by her students strength and commitment. She loves sharing that inspiration with others namely her husband and their daughter!
