Jessica discovered her love for yoga in 2005. The physical benefits help her manage tension associated with sports injuries and maintain a strong, able body. The mental and emotional benefits of quieting her mind and finding stillness keep her coming back to her mat and living with an open heart.

She is grateful for the opportunities to share her teachings on the central coast of California and Oahu.

A mantra she tries to hold for herself in her yoga practice and off her mat is "I am a student, I am a teacher." She believes we all have gifts to share with others and with an open mind can learn from the people and world around us.
